The Video Gait Analysis

With the VIDEO GAIT ANALYSIS, the Charlottesville Running Company Team takes the guesswork out of shoe selection.  The customers are videotaped while running or walking barefoot on the treadmill.  By freeze-frame and playback, the customer’s foot type can be clearly identified as neutral, over-pronating or under-pronating.  Taking into consideration the customer’s running or walking routine, past or present injuries and running surface, the CRC coach can then select the perfect pair of shoes.

The Video Gait Analysis is free, and no appointment is necessary.  It takes about 10-15 minutes for the analysis, and between 15 and 25 minutes to try on the selected pairs of shoes.  If you have more specific questions, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
